All Neway products are covered by a 1 year warranty. If the product is defective within the first 30 days, Neway will replace the product and cover all shipping cost incurred. If the product is faulty after 30 days, buyer would have to pay for shipping both ways.
SHIPPING:
All orders will be shipped out from the Neway Factory in Fujian, China
Handling will require 1-3 business days (logistics / payments etc)
Shipping will be secured by DHL and a tracking number will be issued when DHL confirms the collection.
Shipping will take 5 Business Days to reach the buyer. (Saturdays and Sundays are not included)
