Alfa Romeo Engine Stand Adapter / Yoke - Four Cylinder Twin Cam 1954-1994

Description

This is an adapter designed to be bolted to the engine mounts of an Alfa Romeo Twin Cam four cylinder engine then mated to an engine stand which accepts a 2.375" OD pipe.  Pipe is approximately 12in long which allows the motor with oil pan attache to be rotated 360deg.  This adapter was designed using a 2000cc motor and a Harbor Freight engine stand but works on other models - please see detailed dimensions in photos to determine compatibility.  To my knowledge this will mate with any four cylinder twin cam Alfa Romeo "Nord" engine including 1300cc, 1600cc, 1750cc and 2000cc but it is your responsibility to check this.
The bracket and gusset are CNC Plasma cut from .25in thick mild steel and the tube is .15in thick 2.375in OD mild steel pipe.  The bracket and gusset are TIG welded to the pipe and supplied with a phosphoric acid conversion coating intended to prevent flash rust.
This adapter does not have holes drilled in it for detents nor a handle.  It is the users responsibility to add these and to evaluate if their particular engine and engine stand can be used safely.
