    This
    Vintage Nepalese Smoking Chillum Pipe
    is just one of the more unusual items that we collected several years ago. The body of this
    Chillum Pipe
    is made of
    Hardwood
    and
    Brass
    .
    This type of Pipe is generally used by the Yogis in India and Nepal. It is made to be smoked by holding the Chillum in fisted hands.
    Hand Made Antique items such as this Chillum Pipe are getting harder to acquire as they are traditionally are passed to family members or close friends.
    We're not sure of the exact age of this Chillum, but we estimate this to from somewhere in the late 1800's to early 1900's.
    The exterior measurement of this Chillum Pipe is approx. 8 1/2" tall and is about 2 1/2" in diameter at the widest point. The bowl itself that holds the smoking material measures approx. 1 3/4" in diameter. We have images this smoking pipe held in an adult male's hand as well as next to a cola can to help give you a better idea of the actual size.
