Excellent cosmetic condition and I believe it to work. It powers on, warms up and the Operational indicator light comes on. I can feel the case get warm. May need a 9Volt battery because the battery is low and the manual is a photocopy which shows you how to replace it. No further testing has been done. Power cord is good.
