These oatmeal muffins are no ordinary muffins. They are low fat, low sugar, flourless, and only make with all natural and the finest ingredients. They are absolutely healthy, moist, flavorful and delicious portable, with a slightly sweet nuttiness, soft, chewy, and satisfying tweedy texture from the rolled oats.
**Sugar FREE option is available. We use the finest sugar free Monk fruit sweetener.**
We use unsweetened applesauce in place of oil; rolled oats add fiber and protein.
The muffins are nutrient dense, so they an excellent on-the-go breakfast,
snack or a wholesome gift for someone special to enjoy. There are 5 flavors to choose from--plain, chocolate chips & coconut, banana, apple, homemade cranberry jam(hearty, tart and tangy. A perfect match with the muffins),
and assorted flavors(

To serve: reheat in oven at 350 Fahrenheit for 10 to 15 minutes, microwave on HI for about 30 seconds for each muffin, or serve them at room temperature.
Keep for a several days in the refrigerator. They also
freeze well.
