Kodak Timer Eastman Kodak Co. Developer timer. Condition as shown in photos.

ot 100% sure if it is functioning properly. I don't know much about these, but just tried to test it. When I flip the little switch in the front, the second hand moves for about 5 seconds or so and then stops. Not sure if i'm testing it properly or not. The knobs in the back all work fine with no issues
