    Cover page features a New Years Eve baby holding a 1942 sign in front of him. Tab on the back leads me to believe this may have mounted on a car visor. Measure 3 3/16 x 2 11/16".  Pad includes December 1941 page, which has a crease on upper right side, Otherwise pad is in excellent condition. Metal tab on the back has a crease across lower portion
