Staff Special Formula Bread. Would display nicely or use as prop. I believe it’s from the 1950s and/or 1960s. The Continental Baking Company was one of the first bakeries to introduce fortified bread. It was the maker of the Twinkie and Wonder Bread. The Continental Baking Co purchased Taggart in 1925. This made Wonder Bread a national brand. In the 1930s, Continental Baking began marketing Wonder Bread in sliced form nationwide, one of the first companies to do so.
